As the feijoa season comes to an end, it’s time to extend the life of our favourite fruit by mixing up this delightful vodka cocktail.
This recipe pairs the flavour that New Zealanders know and love with a dose of elderflower and laces it with vodka to create a cocktail that’s perfect for winter.
Makes: 1 cocktail
30 ml vodka
30 ml St-Germain Elderflower Liqueur
40 ml Feijoa Vista
Apple slice to garnish
1) Add the vodka and elderflower liqueur to a cocktail shaker.
2) Add ice to the shaker and shake well.
3) Strain into a chilled martini glass.
4) Top with Feijoa Vista.
5) Garnish with an apple slice.
